Sonnenallee, we’re back.

What a day. With the opening on Sonnenallee, we came back to where it all began for Nhas City Chicken.

Opening our new store on Sonnenallee wasn’t just another launch – we came back to where it all started.

This is exactly where Omar Nhas got his first taste of hospitality. As a teenager he worked in his uncle’s family restaurant, learned the trade from the ground up and built the vision that would become Nhas City Chicken. Years later, the circle closes: Sonnenallee is part of the Nhas family again.

And the community showed exactly what this moment meant. Long queues formed outside the store hours before we opened. Hundreds came together to celebrate the day with us. The mood? Unreal. The energy? Even bigger.

Plenty of familiar faces were in the crowd too. Massiv, Alan from the OpBros and loads more creators, artists and friends of the house dropped by to live the opening with the community.

And of course there was an opening giveaway to match: each of the first 500 guests got a ticket for our big raffle. The prizes were no joke – several PlayStation 5 consoles, iPads, Nintendo Switches and plenty more.

The Sonnenallee reopening showed once again what Nhas City Chicken is all about: so much more than good chicken. It’s about togetherness, community and the feeling of being part of something bigger.

Thank you to every single person who was there that day. To every guest who waited hours at times. To our partners, friends and supporters. And to the community that made Nhas City Chicken what it is today.

This was only the beginning.
