From Berlin’s best restaurant to the national final

This nomination means a lot to us. Last year the community voted Nhas City Chicken Berlin’s best restaurant, putting us in Germany’s top 16. And the journey didn’t stop there.

Then well-known food creators tried the regional winners from all over Germany and picked the four finalists. Alongside Kalinski (Saarbrücken), New York City Bagel Bar (Hamburg) and Smashpoint (Nuremberg), we made it to the big live final of the Uber Eats Awards in Berlin.

In front of a top-class jury – Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue, actress Janina Uhse and the head of Uber Eats Germany among them – we showed off our restaurant and our passion for great food.

In the end it wasn’t quite enough for the overall win – but reaching the final at all was a huge honour for us.
